Blade Sharpening the Razor's Edge Blade Sharpening Service for Portable Bandsaw Mill Owners ______________________________________________________________________________ With 10 years of sharpening experience, you can depend on the Razor's Edge for all your bandsaw blade sharpening needs. All blade brands up to 2 inches wide. Customers may pick up their blades at our shop or have them return shipped at owners expense. All sharpening service orders are turned around within 7 business days. Our Service Includes . . . Cleaning - Remove all residue buildup from blades. Roll level blades flat. Sharpening (2 Grinds) - The first grind to remove gullet fatigue cracks and tooth abrasion and second to lightly grind a razor edge. Tooth Set - Each individual tooth is set to manufacturers' specification or customer request. |
